Empty promises of getting back to a client

After now just over 48hours later after i was told by the customer care agent going by the initials DK on the 08/10/2021 at 12:57 that they will look into the matter and be in contact shortly. They still have not yet come in contact with me.

Their service has gone to **** and the agents have no pride in their work, they just sit back get the complaints, make an empty promise never to follow up again with a client to resolve a matter. I feel that anyone reading this post that is also having problems to get their issues resolved should get in contact with me so that we can start a plan of action against supersonic as this cannot go on any longer.
