EFFING USELESS!!!!!

I have encountered my fair share of shocking customer service, but this place takes the cake, honestly. Not only can you NEVER get a hold of them (their support is non-existent, the WhatsApp line is ALWAYS "under maintenance" and the call centre number just rings and rings with no answer) but I have internet issues at least once a month.

Do yourself a favour and use ANYONE else!!
