Dumb!!!!

I am relocating on the 4th December. I informed them on the 4th November. They will not bend on the Calendar months notice period to cancel a month to month contract for being 4 days to late.

Even worse they have services at my new address which they wont transfer my account to. I will need to serve a notice period at the old address and take out a new contract at the new address.

Due to the terrible service I will make a point of NEVER using Supersonic's services again. They are owned by MTN and I will also make sure that if I ever have a choice of providers I will choose the alternative.

MTN and Supersonic are very short sighted since I will probably be using these mobile and data services for the next 40 years.

A good reputation is basic.
