Dreadful, Horrid!

I wish I could rate ZERO! It is the most *********** company I have EVER had to deal with! Over the years it has been getting worse (if that is possible). They do not even recognise me as a client. The next person recognises me as a client, but then they aren't able to assist with the most basic of requests. I keep getting transferred, but every person I speak to is as bad as the next. I HATE Supersonic! Do NOT do yourself the disservice of doing business with them. I hope this saves a few souls from the appalling nature of this service provider
