Double debit supersonic MTN
On the 29th of February 2024 I was double debited by supersonic MTN ISP. I have been in contact with when since via Whatsapp and telephone but I still didn't get a resolution to my complaint. It is very sad that I have to go through tremendous inconveniences to get my money back that was taken out of my account and not returned. I have requested a manger to call me several times but I have not received any call backs. I am always the one to make contact even though I am told that they will call me back.

15 Jun 2024, 12:21It has now been more than 10 days and still no contact from supersonic. I got an email that my ticket is closed but no one is contacting me or letting me know what is the outcome. Can a competent person at supersonic please contact me!
