Don't waste your time. Unreliable.

Unreliable, empty promises and no urgency. A joke of a ISP, they had the audacity to bill me while my internet services aren't working. Till this day nothing has been fixed but they swear up and down that it's working.

Zero communication, still waiting for Saaid to contact me back, empty promises from someone I thought would actually be able to assist.

Don't waste your time with these people, they make empty promises. An absolute letdown.
