Dont use Supersonic, worst sevice providers ever!

Most pathetic service provider!!!

1. I didn't get the package I app**** for, was informed i would receive the device in 2-3 days. 2. It arrived a week and a half late after payment was made. 3. I received a refurbished unit which was not initially mentioned. When I called to return and tell them this is not what I paid for, I was told that its pass the 7 day return policy so I couldn't return it even though it was your fault that I received the product later than expected. I eventually lost hope with this hopeless company and just stayed with the incorrect products cos I was fed up dealing with incompetence. 4. In Nov 2024 my account was hacked and closed. I called to notify them that I will be making payment from another bank account. Since then I have never missed any payments and yet every month my account gets suspended and I have to call them to tell to allocate my payments. 5. My acc is up to date and in fact I even paid twice in 1 month due to payments not being allocated but their system still tells me im 2 months in arrears. Im so tired of mailing and sending all my POPs and nothing is done. This billing issue is going on for 7 months now.
