Don't use Supersonic MTN Fibre!!!

What a shocking experience I've has since signing up with this service provider. I specifically signed up ages before I needed the connection to be in place according to their timeline. On the day I was told they couldn't find ne and only ordered the service on that day. I was without a connection for another week. This process took many calls, whilst holding on for at least 30 minutes each time. The whatsapp help line is also of little help. They are quick to sign you up but there is no customer support! Don't use this service provider. Please! Useless and pathetic! Supersonic staff tell you to call MTN and MTN staff tell you to call Supersonic. Unbelievable!!
