DONT USE SUPERSONIC!!!
My second poor review as I have canceled on the 6th January still awaiting refund as I had no service, then get a reply here but the second they can't be honest and tell you that they actually don't intend on giving your money back all communication stops here and tickets get deleted on client portal. I am absolutely horrified at the lack of service and care this place gives their customers. Do not use Supersonic

23 Jan 2022, 13:57Did not get a call!!!but of course you won't try and call again as you think oh well we tried no longer our problem. you won't bother trying again do you think I sit by my cell phone,hoping Supersonic could call me? Call again the other number on the account seriously!?
