Don't trust they play the blame game with no resolution for the customer

They are over billing me constantly, each time I call to sort it out they are rude, unprofessional and have a different reason. It is the same problem and yet each month a different story. Then they say they will re solve it, and the blame you so much so you ask ok fine ti resolve it please call me back as I've been holding so long and my phones going to go off, sonetimes they will call back just to keep arguing. Then they say they will take the matter higher up for a resolution. But they do not and don't get back to you send an email sqyijg ticket closed with some nonsense reason fir the call. Can someone advise which nr tmrw call to by pass the only number I find which is dealing with the argumentative rude staff constantly please
