Don't trust Supersonic

We have cancelled with Supersonic internet and gone with another provider, but still the debit orders keep on coming off! You speak to scores of people who don't have a cooking clue how a business runs, you spend hundreds of Rands on those calls, but still the debit orders come off. Finally you go to the bank and they won't reverse it unless you can prove you are cancelled. Then they have to call the company to prove it too. Meanwhile Supersonic will tell the bank "no". So the debit orders keep on going off. Having to close a business account because of these idiots is not fun. I have sent over 50 e-mails to cancellations and accounts, but to no avail. It's sad they employ so many people who don't know their jobs.
