DONT SIGN UP WITH SUPERSONIC !!!!!

I have cancelled my line with Supersonic within the expected time frame. I have even received the email confirming that the line has been cancelled. We are not on the 25-09-2024, I have been trying to get through to their call center since last week friday 20-09-2024 , NO ANSWER. Holding on for 30-45mins. My new service providers says they have not released my line. All i want to do is verify if this is true or not nothing!!!! I have sent emails no answer. There WhatsApp line does even work.
