Don’t sign any deal with this devil!

Total nightmare! Signed up for 25mbps for work, but got stuck with 4mbps from day one. Called their support, promised technician would give me a call, but nothing til to date . Just cancelled my subscription and I'm hoping they won't give me a hard time. Already lost out on potential deals due to slow internet
