Dont know the meaning of service

I am not even a client yet, they were quick to take debit order details, took 5 attempts to deliver router, once delivered, it doesnt automatically connect as their instructions say on the box, and on top of that 3 hours after being on hold on their call centre, even i gave up! 3 hours on hold
