Don't EVER make use or Supersonic!!!!

Run, run, run, when you hear this company's name. Fibre was installed 3 weeks ago with an extremely slow speed, although I opted for the 250mbps package. I have been busy trying to sort this out for 3 weeks now without any results. Last night a debit order for the amount of R1300 went off of my bank account although I have not been able to use the fibre.

Now to try and get this thing cancelled. Never experienced such bad customer service in my life!
