Don't ever Join Supersonic. Nothing but problems !

Ever since I've been with supersonic I've only been having issues . From them OWING me money to their inefficient cancelation process. All I want to do is cancel my service right now and I was told to send a cancellation request to their email but it hasn't been processed.. the solution: resend the email.

I don't even have a contract with supersonic all I needed is for them to release my line so that I can choose a different ISP.
