Don't do it! Don't you dare!

I cancelled my Supersonic account in 2021 and asked them to come and collect their router, they never did. Only in 2024 do I find out that I have been handed over to debt collectors because of the router. They have not made any contact with me since 2021. I told the debt collector and sent proof that I communicated with them to collect their router and they didn't respond. I then called Supersonic about the matter and they told me that there is nothing they can do because the matter has been handed over, they also don't have my communication from 2021 because they have changed systems.

Their router is still in its box waiting for them to collect, I don't use it and don't need it.
