Don't Buy Anything From Them

Ordered a router. The Fibre connection is not setup. Ask for them to come do it. They say they will 3 times, all times they didn't come. They send me invoices for 2 months without using the service and them not resolving my query. Is this a joke? Yesterday I said please come fetch your useless router and leave me alone, do it quick.
