Don’t bother with this useless company

Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with an ISP. Our WiFi is CONSTANTLY down. We almost never get the speeds we pay for (which is theft by the way). We pay close to a grand a month, and the “consultation” they do to provide you with the best router and positioning , is *******. Our router doesn’t work, it doesn’t reach our house so their expert consultation gave worse results than I could’ve done myself. Not only that, they refuse to replace the router or even come take a look at it after I’ve complained about it. Their support does nothing, they ask for my Id number, my router seria number (every time I call which is about twice a day) and they say everything’s fine... our internet is working (which it isn’t half of the day). Today, one of their tech support hung up on me while I was speaking to her which tipped Me over to come write this review.

Save your money, go elsewhere, even Telekom gave me better service and it took them a year to cancel my account.
