dont bother to waste your money and time guys

since sunday I have been trying to purchase a new product. I struggled to get OTP to complete the process, Ive reached out to support via whatsapp, guess what some lady spoke to me and asked for my ID number to check, I have waited for hours no response. I tried again i got a new person, same thing. imagine bad service before I join them. I would not waste my money any further. Useless *********** people
