Do not use SUPERSONIC. They are the worst ISP in South Africa. Read my story.

It's been a month since placing my order with Supersonic. My fibre was already installed and everything. No installations required whatsoever. Vuma (not even complaining about their costs yet) installed the fibre box 3 weeks ago. Till today (since 16 Feb) have I received a Router and / or configuration settings. I launched numerous cases. 6 up to date. This is by far the worst company to do business with. The coordinators should be fired on the spot. They have no customer's service in place. Its been a horrific experience so far. I regret it to this day. Call centers are even worse. Not to eve. mention their technical department.
