DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC!! They are **********!!

I canceled my account with Supersonic in writing at the beginning of September. They have now just debited my account with R4515.00 without my knowledge or approval. They think they can just debit your account whenever they feel like it! I received no phone call or email to warn me of this debit order. Now, I have tried to call their call center 5 times and all I get is... being moved around to different people who don't know what they are doing!! I am going to lay a claim of ***** with the police!
