What a careless and useless bunch runing on irresponsible business practices. There is no customer service and just display total disinterest. I have been trying to close my Supersonic account since the beginning of April. Hours spent on calling a call centre that do not answer. Mails sent to Help centre, numerous case numbers issued yet no resolve to date. I was informed that for immediate termination of service, I had to pay an additional fee of one month. This I did on 10 April with complete explanatory email sent with proof of payment. It is now 1 May and I cannot proceed to change Service Provider, as Supersonis need to release my ISP number, before another Service provider can provide me with data service. DO NOT TOUCH SUPERSONIC. Be warned they do not deserve to be in business.
