Easily the worst ISP. I've been paying for 20mb line, only ever get below 10mb. Tried to rectify this over the phone and book a technician more than 15 times now. 0 replies.

Since then I've sent more than 10 emails trying to cancel with absolutely no reply whatsoever.

I highly encourage you to choose a different ISP-Supersonic is happy to take your money and lock you into a subscription you cannot get out of. Now I have to go to my bank to try and stop the debit order coming off my account for a service I have yet to receive.

I reiterate-worst ISP ever do not believe them when they say they will call you back or if they 'escalate the problem'.
