Do not use Supersonic for you internet needs

I imagine their poor service is the same for many businesses. They are quick and efficient to set up you initially to obtain new business and new debit orders going to their bank accounts. Once they have you secured though, it is plain to see the lack (and incompetency) of the resources allocated to existing customers when they need assistance. I have cancelled my contract and even with that they are slow to respond.
