Useless service, slow internet and constant line drops.

We've been experiencing daily line drops for two months now and I have stopped counting the number of phone calls we've made to get this fixed. All the call centre ever says is that we will get back to you in 24 hours. It is very clear that the Supersonic technicians have no idea what they are doing or that their infrastructure is busy collapsing. The call centre simply just gives you the same answer over and over. There are so many complaints and very bad reviews on here. We are also paying for 20mb up and down but only get 12mb at best.

I say again, do not use Supersonic. I will be closing my account with them and switching over to another company.
