Do Not use Supersonic!!

I've been experiencing the worst customer service since the 1st day I started using their Fibre!! I've had connection problems & the internet is down 70% of the time, if it's connected it on one bar. I'm always told the towers are down even though there's no loadshedding. The cherry on top has been my billing. I was told I was in arrears even though I had paid my bill in FULL! I've WhatsApped, called and even emailed their customer service but they're totally useless and incompent. Every agent has given me different answers. I was told the issue had been fixed and the finance department was on top of it but still, I've been debited the wrong amount this month. I'm so furstrated with Supersonic.

It seems like nobody knows anything there!
