DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC!

If you are looking for a home/work wifi service provider I urge you to not use Supersonic powered by MTN.

I have only been with them for 1month and the problem’s are endless. The connection is unreliable and often disconnects. When you contact them via whatsapp the service is very slow and they give you countless reasons for why your internet has disconnected (compliance issues and etc.) - usually you have to reset the router and wait for a while until it starts working again.

I was surprised when my wifi disconnected for the umpteenth time last month only to be told my data had finished. I was shocked as my package was for 120GB. When I contacted them they told me that it was only 60GB day and 60GB night. This could’ve been disclosed before signing me up.

I’ve heard various complaints from other people on their service. All in all don’t use Supersonic if you want a reliable wifi.
