DO NOT SIGN WITH SUPERSONIC. Useless at everything
Supersonic , is an absolute joke. They don’t even deserve the 1 star rating. Worst experience ever. My daughter stayed at Duncan Court Hatfield. Incorrect billing, closed the account in 2020 yet they kept billing. Couldn’t get anyone to resolve the problem. Even though I got an automated reply from them that they received my cancelation. 3 years later we get an email from attorney for debt collection. An absolute Joke. Please be aware that they are a nightmare to deal with . DO NOT SIGN WITH SUPERSONIC . ****py service and even worse customer service.

Duncan Court students absolutely hate your useless network service and customer care. I will continue to to post and get all students involved and spread the word on how bad you are.
