Do not sign up with these guys

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. They don't even deserve a 1 star. Do not go with these guys. Absolutely atrocious service. I work from home and the Wifi has been down since Friday, 14.11.2025. All they can say: it's with a 2nd line technician. The query should be solved in 72 working hours, and this guy calculates it to be fixed by Tuesday, 25th November. Huh? What now? We've been having issues with them whole year, that should have been a red flag...
