What a pathetic and useles bunch of idiots! Since early friday afternoon no service from these clowns and abviously you can't get hold of then during all these pagan celebrations. Needless to say that trying to call them didn't help, as I only managed to get someone this morning after holding the call for more than 18 minutes!!! A reference number which probably means nothing, but "the matter will be escalated". Really? Well, up to now nothing has happened and I am not expecting anything to happen soon. My money will not be going to them, as e-mails are not responded to, probably because the poor idiots can't even read.
