Do not recommend Supersonic
Great internet but very horrible customer service. Their call centre line never gets answered. I have spent so much money and time trying to call these guys only to have my call answered after 20 minutes or so.
They are also not the most transparent out there. My fibre installation was set to take upto a month and Supersonic didn't inform me of this. Instead, they kept saying that the fibre provider was the one who was delaying everything. Turned out Supersonic were just not transparent.
I would not recommend using this company for fibre services. Customer care/support is not something they care about. You're better off using a different ISP than Supersonic.

Currently, my fibre works but I haven't been billed. I have tried to call multiple times but no one ever picks up. I tried both the fibre support and accounts.
The client care support is really horrible and needs to be addressed. I can't imagine the amount of customers you are losing with such a horrible customer service when your whole offering is based off offering services to customers.
