DO NOT RECOMMEND

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have been without fibre since 4 November. Numerous tickets logged - zero response, cannot get hold of them on their call centre number - from main menu any of the options do not work. I have since logged a cancellation but now cannot get a new service provider in, as my line is tied to them until end Jan. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND even for attractive price on their packages.
