DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I strongly Recommend you DONT BUY a SüperSonic package! Singlehandedly one of THE WORST ISP's out there! Here is why:

Internet is always a problem, but not for the other 6 different ISP's in my area, there is always a cable broken when load shedding is not "at blame" and Service takes about an hour or more to basically restart your WiFi and fix nothing. They only use 2 technicians (from what was said to me by one) so you can expect to wait 1-2 weeks if your router broke. I have dealt with exactly this for 7 separate times (Total caused me 13 weeks without WiFi. The prices are wayy to o expensive for the quality you receive and I would not recommend this ISP to anyone.

I also need to inform anyone reading this that I have observed that they make specials and tell you that you pay less but after 6-12 months everyone pay that "special" price so don't buy it because its cheaper (don't buy anyway)

Lastly: Yes, they do throttle you. Yes, The fiber takes exceptionally long to install. Yes, I have been at this ISP for 3/4 years so I speak out of experience. No, the only reason I did not switch ISP's yet was because there were no other fiber options near me and the ones that lay it out to your house had all bad/evenly bad reviews Yes, I am switching ISP in the next/coming week or so.
