Do Not join Their Service

Im so disgusted with this supersonic fibre company I've never been so angry at someone that im paying for their service but it feel like im asking for a favour from them I've spoken to so many people in that contact centre or whatever they call it They need to look into how their employees treat their customers coz after all whats a business without customers

I've been asking for a reinstallation coz I moved I've spoken to so many people with different stories Im not allowed to speak to management When I request for management they put me through to sales then they act like they management I want my REFUND!!!! im not going to pay for this poor service

If I could could give them ZERO STARS I would Here is my REF Num: SST85442Q whoever want to join Supersonic should think twice coz its easy for them to put your connection off if you dont pay but when you have Queries no1 seem to know how to handle these Queries

I would not recommend this company at all 😡😡
