Do not even bother to sign up with Supersonic

I wish i had a way to rate this company a zero or a negative. They changed Fibre speed to 50mb without consulting with me. I did not consent to them upgrading me, 8 months later they disconnected my internet because of arrears which i was not aware of. When i enquired that is when i only got to know that this upgrade took place in 2024 April. It is so sad to be punished for the negligence of the organisation. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even to a deceased person.
