DO NOT BOTHER GETTING ANYTHING FROM SUPERSONIC
The worst investment EVER!!!! I've never in my life seen such appalling levels of service, from the "super star" agents who are far less useful than the voice prompt machine to the billing department who can calculate anything to save their lives and of course the management who are always scared to speak to customer and answer simple questions from customers from what I think is due to them being as useful as their super stars

I got the product as a mean for me to get a work from home job, which I did...great right? But my company requested a simple document indicating my address and the speed of the internet which I have with you guys as proof my capability to do the work, however... Two months later after having opened the account and after having payed for it already I keep calling and falling terribly to get sent any form of document that indicates just simply my house address and its speed. Even though the account is under my brothers name because he opened it for me to find employment, now that I have found a promising prospect I have to be yet again disappointed by something so easily avoidable.

I got a call yesterday from a lady saying that she got an email from you about my query and that she resolve it by sending me the document I require and call me back within the next hour and almost 24hrs later I'm still a document short and still haven't received any call...
