Dissatisfied customer

I writing this as a dissatisfied customer. I don’t know what is going on lately at supersonic. My account in February has not been debited and I enquired at the Facebook platform and I was told that my account is on the EFT payment option and not the debit option. What I want to know is, who changed the payment option from debit to EFT because I did not authorise it. Please explain what happened here

This situation is inconveniencing me as now in March I have to pay twice 😡.
