Dissatisfied and Disappointed

I am really frustrated with Supersonic. I purchased a sim card from them, which took 9 days to be delivered. When it's finally delivered, it doesn't connect. I have been contacting them for the past 4 days and I'm still not getting help. They take a long time to respond and when they finally do, their chats close a few minutes after and you have to start all over. This is bad
