Dismally disappointed

I couldn't think of a better time for this company to thrive in business but instead I'm dismally annoyed and disappointed. I signed up for their service divulged important information and now I can't get a hold of them what so ever. I was promised a call back from a manager to this day I have not received any feedback. WhatsApp does not even respond not even the automated response. Please call me back all I need is to hear from you guys.
