Dishonest Supersonic FTT Powered by MTN

The worst possible service 100% by Supersonic Ftt Powered by MTN. Holding onto my R2499 refund due since 11 September 2023. My constant engagement and kind requests have been ignored. I was last told on the 6th November via email and their useless Whatsapp Chat that my refund was processed and I should receive it that week. Now I get told it is still being processed. All the communication is written.

How quick are you to debit for modem that was returned to you. Which you acknowledged as received in August already. Such poor customer service. Robotic, Unengaging. Dishonest. Pathetitic.

When you finally return my funds will it be with the profits you earned whilst holding onto my money?
