DISGUSTINGLY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Really wish I had come here to look at reviews before going with Supersonic. Got a fibre contract with them about 3 months ago They send a router, but they don't give access to customize your network so that it can be made secure. Then, after hounding for weeks on end, they finally give one a login that works, and then after testing it, they change it and block me out again. Currently have 9 tickets open about this, with absolutely no response from Supersonic on any of them. Absolutely DISGUSTING service. Slow to reply, takes DAYS to get ANYWHERE once they do reply, and even then, they don't know which hole is up Absolutely no regard for their customer's experience. Will definitely be cancelling soonest, even looking at any legal options at the moment to get away from them
