Disgustingly Bad Service and *********** rude staff

Disgustingly bad service!!! I have been struggling for 3 years with Supersonic about an error made by them by duplicating accounts. Every time I phone or email I get a different person and a different story. I can never speak to a Supervisor or Manager as they are always in a meeting and they never phone me back. After months of struggling I was told it has been sorted out only to be suspended and get abused again for an account that does not belong to me.
