Disgusting service - would not recommend

Absolutely Terrible experience with this ISP. the call centre staff don't know what they are doing. . Placed order in Feb for installation 1st March still no router or sign of when the router will come. I have been told multiple different stories as to how the process will work. been promised calls back and nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone. If i could give them half a star or no star i would.
