Disgusting Service from Supersonic once again

I currently pay a subscription to Supersonic of R695 per month for their services. I suddenly received a lawyers letter on 21/07/24 for almost R2231.28 saying I need to pay this amount immediately to avoid being handed over.

I have never received a bill or a statement for this amount. Nobody from either Supersonic or the attorneys (Van Deventer & Van Deventer INC) have ever had the courtesy of calling me about this. To be honest I am not sure or aware of this amount owing. Is this how Supersonic operate?
