Disgusting service from Supersonic , Fibre connect and Openserve

I app**** for Fibre through supersonic I received my router Thursday 17 April 2025. I was not contacted by any technician regarding the installing of my fibre and activating my service . When I called they said a openserve technician will contact me a week later no technician made contact . I called again they said they would escalate the matter nothing has been done . I called again and again they said a technician will call nothing yet . I sent numerous emails no response . This is the worst service I have received Inam sitting with a router but no fibre . The is the worst customer service I have ever gotten highly disgusted .
