Disgusting Service

Worst service I have experienced in my life I have been trying for a over month to switch my ISP from Cool Ideas to Supersonic. I have tried calling, WhatsApp and Facebook and every single time it's a different story and all they want to say is apologies for the inconvenience well if you do not want me to be inconvenienced then get competent staff that can fix customers issues. I work in customer service and this by far is the worst most pathetic service I have ever experienced. I am still waiting after a month for someone that was suppose to contact me.

I can only give a 1 star cause of this system however I truly feel that their service is at the level of just letting it go down the ****ter.
