Disgusting service

At first Supersonic was ok but as time went on the WiFi started to give problems.In May 2024, the WiFi worked only for the first 7 days and no WiFi after that.After numerous attempts to call, email, opening tickets and WhatsApp no response and I got proof of all of that.Days, weeks went pass no with no luck I decided to cancel.When I cancelled they responded with a month's notice,and for that one month's notice my WiFi still didn't work and nobody called or attempted to fix the WiFi.They send me a bill, remember I didn't had any WiFi for the last two months and I cancelled in May. I queried the bill and send proof of all the times I tried to get hold of them,all they care about is the money.All the excuses I heard was ,I send it to the wrong platform it must be on WhatsApp,I did and send proof and they said oh they were offline. People please be careful of Supersonic.
