Disgusting service, charging me for nothing!

SUPERSONIC is the worst service provider in South Africa, even surpassing the Rain network. They continue to bill me for a fiber account that was never installed, or requested. They are very very ***** and no one assists when you make contact with them. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
