Disgusting service
THIS IS BY FAR THEE WOSRT SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I’VE BEEN CONTACTING THEM FOR ASSISTANCE FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT AND A TECHNICIAN HAS STILL NOT BEEN SENT TO MY HOUSE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE. PLEASE DON’T USE THEM. SPARE YOURSELF THEY ATE USELESS!

01 Jun 2021, 15:22Offline for 2 and a half weeks straight. No assurance whatsoever. Their “second line” never picks up yet I’m being billed the full amount. Disgusting poor service to say the least. No one has contacted me still with regards to getting technical at my house.
